Diana Dover

Founder & CEO


Diana Dover is a health care contract and operational strategist who partners with individual physicians and medical groups in achieving increasing efficiency through medical practice performance management services. After spending +15 years working in health care for insurance payors, Diana knows what truly drives the carriers and physicians in making those pivotal decisions. Performance management services includes payor contract analysis/creation, payor relations, clinical quality improvement, and network integrity to name a few.

Diana holds a BBA in Human Resource Management with a minor in Information Technology from the City of New York’s Bernard Baruch Zicklin School of Business and a MPA in Public Administration with a minor in Health Care Management from Grand Canyon University. Additionally, Ms. Dover maintains an active life and health insurance licenses in multiple states. As an avid supporter of academic advancement, Diana runs a local tutoring company that primarily offers educational services to grades Kindergarten-8.

Stuart Weiner

Compliance Management Business Advisor 

With over 25 years experience as an internal audit, compliance and privacy professional with a major medical center in the New York City area as well as several large physician-led private practices, Stuart has taken the lead in providing the assurance and stability needed to effectively establish the compliance programs at these these organizations in order to navigate the complicated world of regulatory compliance.  He will bring the same passion for compliance to your organization to help you meet these regulations.

Stuart holds a BA from Rutgers University and was a certified fraud examiner for many years.  He also serves on the Training Committee of the Professional Service Group of Central New Jersey, a professional volunteer organization dedicated to providing its members with a network job search and job placement services.

Gary Burnett

Gary directs programs that help providers and health systems improve performance through technology and better coordination among care delivery teams.  He has been a senior leader for over 20yrs with large not-for-profit health insurers, serving over three million people in New York City and the tri-state area. Gary led enterprise initiatives to make organizations more efficient through a combination or single use of automation, outsourcing and management of human capital. Gary is well suited to translate the vision of your organization to reality through sound and disciplined project management. He is an inspirational leader who brings a credible voice to decision making based on facts, analytics and appropriateness for the situation.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Cabrini University and Project Management Professional Certification. He serves several organizations including: Thrillseekers Ski Club (a member of National Brotherhood of Skiers), Caribbean American United, Islanders Cultural Organization of New Jersey and Caribbean-American Golf Association.
